Steve, Paradigm Group CEO, brings over 35 years of investment experience, previously serving as CEO of a gold trading arm linked to a Portuguese Refinery after a career in investment banking. He has negotiated high-level contracts across Africa and recently relocated to Dubai from the UK after several years in the UAE.

His career includes roles in crime investigation, public order management, VIP protection, armed interventions, and counter-terrorism, with a master’s degree in Educational Practice from Bath Spa University.

David is an FCA-qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience as Partner and Managing Partner in global advisory firms across the UK, New Zealand, and the Isle of Man. He has advised Boards, CEOs, and CFOs of SMEs and large corporates on growth, regulation, and performance. As CFO of Paradigm Holdings, David combines financial rigour with a forward-looking approach, delivering governance, strategic insight, and operational clarity to make finance a driver of value creation.
